1. Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and Washington DC, and 21 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and agents of SaveWealth, Travelscape.com (together, "Sponsors"), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How To Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM PT on March 27, 2001 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on May 27, 2001 (the "Entry Period").

Complete the official entry form. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, address, telephone number, and email address. You may also be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to enter. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an online entry occurs when SaveWealth's servers record the entry information upon clicking the "Enter Sweepstakes" button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by SaveWealth of an entry for purposes of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, each online entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries will disqualify all entries from that entrant. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. 3. Conduct: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that: (a) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (b) violates the Official Rules; or (c) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

4. Prizes: Grand Prizes: One (1) grand prize: A trip for two to Hawaii. Trip includes round trip air economy class transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport close to winner's home to Honolulu, Hawaii; standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for five (5) days and four (4) nights of lodging. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize package: $2,500 (prize value may vary depending on winner's location and time of trip). First Prizes: Twenty (20) Eagle Creek Passage Pouch travel organizers. Approximate retail value of First Prizes: $20. Approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,900. Limit one prize per person. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsors. Only listed prizes will be awarded. No substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is not available. For travel prize, expenses such as meals, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, ground transportation, travel arrangements to/from airport(s), gratuities, incidental charges, and any other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner thereof. WINNER AND TRAVEL COMPANION MUST COMPLETE ALL TRAVEL BEFORE MAY 27, 2002. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. Travel companion must be 21 years of age at the time trip is taken. Travel is subject to restrictions, change, availability, and blackout dates. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. All tickets issued in conjunction with Prizes: 1) are for the winner's use only; 2) are not eligible for frequent flier miles; 3) are non-transferable; 4) have no cash redemption value; 5) may not be used during certain holidays and blackout dates, per the Sponsors; and 6) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner's possession.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 3, 2001 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prize drawings will be conducted by Sponsors whose decisions are final. Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) days after drawing date via email, U.S. mail, telephone and/or by overnight courier. To receive a prize, the potential Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion will be required to sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law), and provide any additional information (such as social security number for tax purposes), waivers and releases that may be required by Sponsors. Except where prohibited by law, all such required documents must be returned within seven (7) days following attempted notification or prize will be forfeited. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsors to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing.

6. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, participants: (a) release and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to the receipt or use or misuse of any prize or any component thereof), and (b) grant to Sponsors the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, a winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use such winner's name, address (city and state only), statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for any advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without further compensation, consideration, review or consent.

Limitations of Liability: Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or browsers on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any computer, related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
