Kansas has released its 2009 tax forms. However, due to severe budget constraints, Kansas is strongly urging all taxpayers to file online.

Kansas is no longer making many of the most popular tax forms available for download. Only a handful of forms, such as Form K-210, are valid for filing. Like previous year's tax forms, the 2009 tax forms are now available in Adobe Acrobat format.
